By using ZhenShiMRR (真实MRR), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Strong Disclaimer: ZhenShiMRR is ONLY a listing and introduction platform. We do NOT act as a broker, M&A advisor, investment banker, or agent. We do NOT negotiate deals, provide legal/financial advice, or participate in any transaction. The agreement is solely between buyer and seller. We take a platform success fee only. All parties must handle their own due diligence, contracts, and legal transfers. We are not licensed to provide brokerage services in Hong Kong or any jurisdiction.

Revenue data is verified through read-only access to payment processors (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, Polar). We do not access or store personally identifiable customer transaction data.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you post. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate these terms or applicable law.

Boosts are one-time payments. A 3% success fee applies on completed acquisitions (1.5% each party). All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
推广为一次性付款。完成的收购将收取 3% 的成功费用（各方 1.5%）。除法律要求外，所有费用不予退还。
The platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
本平台按“现状”提供，不提供任何形式的保证。我们不对因使用服务而产生的任何间接、附带或后果性损害承担责任。
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
本条款受香港特别行政区法律管辖。任何争议均应由香港法院专属管辖。
